1.What is the return policy?

 Please refer to the return guidelines listed below to check if the purchased items meet the return criteria.

To qualify for a return:

 The item must be in its original state, with no signs of wear or damage

 Items returned via email must be in all original packaging (including labels, boxes, and small bags)

 Any individual item in a set of products cannot be returned for refund, points, and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set of products.

All of the following items are non returnable:

 According to customized products from customers, engraving and monogram products

 Earrings for perforation during appointment

 Jewelry Care Set

2.What is the return shipping cost?

Please note that your original shipping fee is non refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Your order may incur customs duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these fees, and even if the order is returned to us, we cannot waive or refund it. The return shipping fee will be charged by the local courier company and paid by you.

3.How to return the item?

Return the item you purchased yourself

Log in to your account and select 'My Orders'

Find your order and click 'Return'

Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and arrange for delivery/pickup!

Don't worry, you can create one now and follow the steps above, or

Based on the initial shipping location of the order, you can click on one of the following and start the return!

4 What is the return policy?

Please refer to the return guidelines listed below to see if the purchased item is eligible for return. We provide a 7-day no reason return service for all customers. The shipping fee is non refundable. A return fee of $30 will be charged. These return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the date of shipment/pickup.
