Do you have a warranty?
According to our warranty, we support you. This means that within 2 years from the date of purchase, if there is any damage to the materials or workmanship of the jewelry, we will repair your product.
We have our own top manufacturing factories, creating handmade, reliable, and durable products. We are confident in the quality of our products, so we offer a two-year warranty period. This also means that the warranty does not include lost items, scratches caused by normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper use or storage of the product, and any modifications made to the product not by our third party.

1. Items purchased through third-party suppliers are not covered by the warranty. Please contact the company that purchased the item.
2. We do not recommend allowing external jewelers to process our products, as this will eliminate the possibility of refunds or replacements (if defects occur due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may request that any defective parts be returned to us for inspection and quality audit.
4. Our warranty policy may not include promotional products.
How should I use my polishing cloth?
To make your jewelry look the best, gently rub the surface with a polishing cloth. Be sure to wash your hands after use to ensure that the cleaning agent has been removed.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, which indicates that it is working properly! This cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent and can adsorb any dirt, oil, and residue removed from the surface of the polished item. Never clean the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.
