1 What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

    The specified delivery schedule refers to the approximate number of days required for an order to be delivered at checkout from the specified delivery date, excluding weekends, holidays, and any unexpected delays at the courier end (weather, quantity, transportation, etc.). If the customer submits changes to delivery options, delivery may be delayed. If your order includes inventory, post shipment, and/or customized items, the shipping date may change. Please ensure to indicate the date in the checkout and confirmation email.

 If the expected delivery date interval exceeds 15 days, your order may be split.

 Freight charges are based on pre tax subtotals, discounts, and non refundable fees.

 Delivery of all orders may require additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot disclose costs as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs. Please remember that we cannot repay the customs duties and taxes you paid upon delivery.

 2 How do I track my orders?Do you have an account?

 Log in and go to your amagicbox account, then select 'My Orders' to view your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to closely monitor its activity when it arrives at you.

 No account?

 Don't worry! You can still create an account using the same email address you used when placing the order, which will be displayed under 'My Orders'. After the order is packaged, the tracking number will be automatically sent! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to view your order information. This may take several hours, and if the order is packaged on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available working day!

 Processing

 Your order has been handed over to our team for completion. If all the items in your order are in stock, the usual processing time is 3-4 working days!

 Shipped

 Yes, your order has been packaged and is currently being sent to you. Please note that tracking may take some time to scan into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Can I cancel or update the order? Or change my shipping address?

 If you need to make any changes to the order, including adjusting and canceling the order, or changing the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Please note that due to our team's efforts to send your order as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order as requested.

  For customized works or works with monograms and carvings according to customer requirements, once placed, we will not be able to cancel or update the order.

5 My order has been delayed. When will I receive it?

 

If your order is not processed before the expected shipping date, our customer happiness team will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide the latest updates (keep a close eye on your inbox!).
